The West Kentucky Regional Industrial Development Authority (WKRIDA) is inviting marketing agencies to submit proposals for marketing services to promote the Sandy Lee Watkins industrial site, located in 4 Star Industrial Park in Robards, KY. We are seeking a dynamic agency that can create compelling graphics, conduct drone footage, and devise an effective strategy to attract prospective companies and their chosen site selectors.
Scope of Work:
- Graphics Design:
- Develop visually appealing graphics highlighting key features and advantages of the industrial site.
- Draw 3D renderings/models of industrial development possibilities.
- Drone Footage:
- Conduct drone photography and videography to capture high-quality footage showcasing the site’s infrastructure and surroundings.
- Strategy Development:
- Devise a comprehensive marketing strategy to reach prospective companies and site selectors.
- Explore virtual reality and 360-degree videos.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Create targeted digital marketing campaigns (Email, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Explain the databases available to boost the campaign to the intended audiences.
- Explain the lead generation tactics as analytics are captured.
- Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content to showcase the site.

- Explain the potential SEO approach on existing Henderson Economic Development website.
